Cos then everyone can do it..

    But ok. <laugh>

    Coconut milk
    Scotch bonnet & finger chillis
    Paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger.
Blend it all til you get desired chunky/smoothness.

Add butter to pan, brown off chicken then add ya sawce and cook til there's barley any juice left and it's all on/in the chicken or don't Depends how sawcy you like it. :emoticon-0148-yes:i like to cook the juice away so I can charcoal the chicken a bit personally.

Will be cooking that pork soon actually, will make some egg fried rice Chinese style to go with I think.

    <laugh> That video is brilliant

Is that mozzarella you’ve put in yer pasty ? They wouldn’t have any of that foreign muck in them pasties down here.

And don’t even think about crimping it on the top !

Looks like pig to me but I can still appreciate what is happening

would replace the pig with lamb/mutton

would throw in a few more onions but that’s because I like my onions…would also throw in some fresh coriander but that’s a personal preference thing also

    needs folding over though
