I'd personally be pleased with Keanooooooooooooooo! He did a great job last time with zero management experience. He now has that experience and I really hope that man management issues don't get in the way where some players perhaps can be too precious. If they do, employ a foil for him. This is what Michael Dell did as he recognised he just wasn't a people person, so hired a people person to accompany him when talking to the staff at Dell corporation. I just think that at the moment the club needs a blood and thunder, draw swords, and charge up the middle type of character to lead it through its temperamental development patch. I think it used to be full frontal, bags of smoke, unleash hell and collect your VC at the end! (Makemstine should enjoy that one). We can have all of the technical, tactical, and coaching badge wizardry on the training ground (which is absolutely necessary), but then applying it, especially when the other team dares to try and stop you (Portsmouth, Rotherham, Bolton, Sheffield Wednesday) is where it matters. He will drag us to a better place through force of character and passion. IMHO And by the way..... FTM
I imagine it's not as simple as a one off interview. There will have been lots of dialogue already and maybe coming tomorrow is the last part of the process
