Yeah, I am sure he is not as hot headed and daft as people think nowadays. I still suspect he doesn't suffer fools but probably knows how to deal with them now I cannot see public spats or training with the under 23s being in his arsenal of reactions now. These days he probably prefers laxatives in the water or scratching a big nob on the car bonnet of whoever has annoyed him. ;)

Whatever happens I hope we go for the right man for the job and whoever comes in manages to get us out of this horrible league.

Someone like McCann would put an instant downer on everyone, including the players.

How is the Roker End back on sale? It was sold out earlier on. The tickets sales link has dropped back to just over 30k when it was over 31k

From what I’m hearing it’s between Keane and Kisnorbo.

Looks a bit of weight behind both, but a lot more logic behind Kisnorbo.

Strengthening the bond with the City group makes a whole lot of sense.

Really hope its Kisnorbo. He seems like a much better fit. I get the nostalgia for Keane, I just don't think there's a lot of substance to him beyond that.

    Haha. Gaffer hacks.

Been reading up on Kisnorbo and it sounds like a real fit with the club and the setup.

He does know English football as well was here for years.

On a whim, he’s the one that’s jumping out at me right now, feels like he’d slot in and have fresh ideas.

I reserve the right to change this view many times between now and an appointment.

I remember his name from his playing days, particularly at Leicester.
He's the one id go for aswell, i think Keane would be a car crash.
It rarely works out when teams bring a manager back. Liverpool fans know that better than most with Dalglish

Looks like City see it as a positive step and would almost see it as us helping them develop their man potentially.

That’s not as bad as it sounds from League One. We know we are a massive club but right now leaning on the bigger boys and using their blueprints could be absolute gold.

City in reality are gonna be looking at Arteta first, way I see it should he come here, and on to City, he will have to have done some job with us to be even considered for that leap.

That would them mean the options to replace him if we had to would be incredibly attractive.
