I suppose this will always happen with players of his sort. Nobody complains if he's scoring, but if he goes all season not passing the ball and not scoring, there'll be hell on.

What is his contribution to the team going to be if he isn't passing or scoring?

Well that's the thing, if he goes all season without doing either, he won't have made much of a contribution at all. But I think he's talented enough to know when to keep the ball and when to play it. He has his moments where maybe a pass was a better option, but at the minute I trust his judgement. The goals will come, I'm confident of that!

Shola keeps Shola out of the team. He's going through his usual process of two appearances, ****ed, two appearances, ****ed.

He's going to be ball greedy, and it's going to get on my tits no end. But im sure he'l refind his form and be annoying yet special.

He is just like Robert was, he will give the ball away a lot and hang on to the ball too long but will win matches on his own for us.

There are shades of Robert there, but can he take free kicks like Robert?

He is a better player than Robert, if he has the same impact as Robert I'll be over the moon as Robert was brilliant for us.

This. He's a match winner. He'll be so frustrating at times but that one moment of magic will be well worth it.

I think the fact that everyone seems less that impressed with HBA's impact this season says a lot about how far we've come! We have lots of exciting players now, not just one!

Ben Arfa came on 2-1 down against Spurs and it finished 2-2 Ben Arfa came on at 0-0 Against Wigan and we won 1-0, we played alot more football in the opponents half, Tempo was quicker and created alot more when Ben Arfa came on, I think he has already contributed without assisting or scoring.

People can match his ability, which means he should slot in easier now as a player.

Everyone ups their game when he comes on, why that happens, I don't know, but he does seem to make players work harder.

He brings more out of us when he plays, particularly Cabaye and Jonas as he fills the gap where a number 10 plays and creates space for those two.
