I note with interest that the anti vaxxers fired from care homes will now have a case to sue for wrongful dismissal now. I fully expect the lot to get 3 years wages and their old jobs back. ****ing turd burgers in charge too busy partying.
because they should already be sacked and the government are about to so a complete u turn for the nurses in the NHS. there's not a court in the land that would uphold firing people for this.
well i get you now, sorry. It would be recompense for losing job. The would get a sum of money up to a limit of a number of years of salary for wrongful dismissal and especially as they in effect could not get another job in the industry as they were excluded. My view is their actions are idiotic but if the government u-turns i cannot see who its not wrongful dismissal on an illegal grounds.
it wouldn't be wrongful dismissal though as care providers were following the law of the land and therefore surely any compo would come from the public purse .
Should point out i'm in a foul mood as i woke up to blood on the bedsheets and when i went for a piss quickly found out where it was coming from
Government are writing off £8.7 BILLION in PPE that is now not worth what they paid for it in 2020/21. That's about 3/4 of the total PPE they bought in the year. We paid inflated prices for useless stuff. Who knows how much of that went to Tory friends and cronies.
Oh that's nasty - sorry to hear it. If it helps I knew someone years ago with that very problem and although I don't remember the diagnosis he did make a full recovery so hopefully you'll be ok.

Cheers folks for the kind thoughts - fairly certain i know the problem and it should be fine fingers crossed . Was due to be going to a friends retirement do where i would have seen a bunch of folk i haven't seen for some time while getting arseholed but had to bail from that which is a pain .
