For me he did a sound job at Derby and, given that he had no spending capability at Chelsea, a pretty good fist of it there too ... but the biggest thing in his favour for me is that I have never heard him speak anything other than rationale common sense when interviewed ... was a very intelligent footballer and I think he will be a very intelligent manager ...
not really as getting to play offs was the absolute minimum with the squad he had and really he should have got them promoted .
This getting sacked then getting another job is lucrative business ! Do they get the full amount then another job or does the payout reduce when you find another managers job ?
