If they decide that it's your personal responsibility to be jabbed to fulfill your duty as a front line public servant then that would supercede the individual's right to refuse the jabs .

It's in the public interest for you to be jabbed so **** your rights .

 

That would not come as of right through that draft document, they'd need a lot of evidence to support action remotely like that, as can be seen in some of the examples they include.

At this point in time, they do not have evidence to support that, and staff would have the recent experience to present as custom and practice.

 

Lots of sneaky stuff gets passed without the general public knowing what's going on and then out of the blue they use the revised act .


Tony Blair was a master at passing acts that came back to bite us on the arse in the future.

Like his Supreme Court that was used to override the sitting PM and attempt to derail Brexit .

The human rights act 1998 has been used mainly as a weapon to stop us deporting criminals as they have a right to a family life because they had a pet cat or other nonsense

 

It really doesn't. That's the process that the draft document is part of. What does happen is that the legislation as drafted gets interpreted by various legal bods in a Court of Law, or on other occasions.

But at least you acknowledge that the document you linked says nothing like what you are claiming.

What changes may happen?

How will this effect and differ from the present act ?

 

How the **** should I know what amendments there'll be?

If you have specific concerns about the wording, which so far you've repeatedly failed to show, then YOU can comment on the consultation, and YOU can contact your MP to suggest amendments.

The main focus of the amendments appear to be more individual responsibility, and changes preventing n'er do wells and shysters cluttering up the system at our expense. That's something you yourself has said is needed.

I have heard Johnson and Javid use terms like " patriotic duty to get jabbed " & it's everyone's "personal responsibility to get boosted " .

If they define taking shots as your personal responsibility to the wider society then it can be weaponised.

You may agree with mandatory vaccines for all I know so for you it's a step forward.

 

So have I, and I've also seen them do a u turn to prevent it going through, and that was for financial and resource, not legal reasons. but that is **** all to do with any of the claims you are trying, and failing to make.

If you want to drop your initial silly claim, I'm sure people will more than understand.

 

The government up until Party gate were full steam ahead for covid passports and mandatory vaccines for NHS staff .

Where in that document does it show they could push it through, as is the basis of your pant wetting.
