Why didnt Dick investigate these meetings when they were flagged up immediately after they happened?

 

The NHS legal team had a cast iron case for unfair dismissal and discrimination and it would end in humiliation after a long drawn out legal battle.
All dismissed staff would be suspended on full pay and we would be missing thousands of NHS staff .

IF there is any truth in the claim that they can apply for unfair dismissal, it will still apply, as that consultation draft has no legal status at present, and will not have been in force at the time any action was made.

I couldn't see anything in that document that would alter any claims in any event. Feel free to quote the part you think does.

 

Technically the Government haven't threatened them with dismissal they have told them they will be moved to a different role .

It's currently illegal to mandate any medical procedure .
A mandate doesn't give them authority to hold them down and inject them they would need to comply.
