Anyone can be hyped as the next anyone. Jack Colback was compared to Pirlo when we got him FFS. The thing was when Chelsea bought Drogba he was 26 and entering his prime and they'd got the finished article. This guy seems to be a work in progress.

Are we going with Ekitike and Targett then? Was hoping for Lingard and Nuñez but they seem to have faded now. Targett seems decent but unspectacular, but still better than current LB option. Ekitike is a risk considering he's so young, and id rather have someone like Nuñez who's the finished article.
Missed the reference to who Ekitike is like and thought Ben10 had taken to twitter as an ITK for a minute!

They'll have bigger options in the summer... I think if they sign target henry II and Targett we'll have enough to stay up.
There's probably quite a few bubbling away, with many of them as backups if we don't get our first choice. Gone are the days where we put in a last minute stupid bid for someone and then claim it was too late to do anything else
