If Ameobi had tried that he'd have backheeled the defender in the nuts and then fallen over when he ran forward. We'd then all politely applaud him for his audacity while thinking "Bless him, he misunderstood when Bobby told him he was messy"

 

Shola never did anything like that, I refuse to believe it. This guy does the same move again a bit later in the video. It isn't a lucky one off - he's got some skills. There's also some decent goals... He is also lightweight. We'll have to wait and see.

 

We started the window wondering who would be replaced.

Does anyone think we may have an absolute worldie bubbling away under the surface which is gonna completely take everyone by surprise? I have a funny feeling there is a club record transfer happening behind the scenes. Even if we do nothing more this window other than ship out some of the dross I will go to bed happy tonight with the incomings we've got in as things stand :-
