these are the chances I recon of signing: Carlos - 1% Botman - 5% Nketiah - 20% Zapata - 30% Ekitike - 40% Lingard - 40% Targett- 50% Burn - 95% I think they’re be a decent chance of a centre half not listed.
Possible Arsenal move for Izak. Call me a sourpuss, but if Arsenal end up with Izak, West Ham with Nunes and we end up with this lanky piece of crap Ekitike I'm not gonna be particularly impressed. Sorry, don't mean to start the day on a downer. But, honestly, anybody expecting different needs to give their head a shake.
Just another reminder of a useful link for the people who seem to struggle - https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-copy-and-paste/?amp It saves writing things like “I’ve heard…” etc.
I could explain it all but I’m at work so I don’t have time. So in a nutshell. We have 100’s of millions of capacity. Wages falls into the P and L element. The players costs get released to the P and L over the course of the contract. Player sales instantly get released in a positive way but we won’t sell anyone for money as the players are ****.
Manchester United and England goalkeeper Dean Henderson, 24, is set to sign for Newcastle on loan on transfer deadline day. (Talksport) Crystal Palace have had a second bid turned down by Arsenal for forward Eddie Nketiah, despite the 22-year-old Englishman having only six months left on his contract. (Sky Sports) Newcastle remain hopeful of signing Manchester United and England winger Jesse Lingard. The 29-year-old has agreed personal terms after a deal fell through earlier this month. (90 min) Wolves have been offered Juventus and Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey on loan. The 31-year-old has rejected moves to Newcastle, Crystal Palace and Burnley during this transfer window. (Mail) Bournemouth are in advanced talks to sign Newcastle United's 24-year-old English goalkeeper Freddie Woodman. (Football Insider)
Er, wait minute... Marcão - Tuttomercato Targett - Daily Express? I think... Lingard - David Ornstein and Mark Douglas Also have the Mirror suggesting we are putting down mega money for Botman and HITC saying the same for Zapata.
The clips I seen of him reminds me of Shola Ameobi - and he was ****ing stinking the club out for years.
I wouldn’t put anything at 0% unless they’ve signed for someone else. But that’s just the mathematician in me. But yeah it does seem really unlikely. I’ll mentally adjust that one.
I really hope that flight that arrived late last night from Hamburg had a load of medical staff in it - German efficiency n all that
We sign who we sign and I'll be behind them, I just don't have a good feeling about this kid. Looks too flaky for the PL, all of his decent performances and goals have come against really sub-par opposition. When you're up at £35m or so, you've got to be getting some kind of guarantee of quality...... **glances at Joelinton's striker career** .....or not. It's utterly obvious that Nunez has the dynamism/skill to excel anywhere, Izak is a powerhouse and whoever gets either is getting a real player. But then if you're up at £75m for Izak, isn't Haland £80m in four months? Mind you, it's ****ing mental I should be even putting those names in a Newcastle transfer thread, so maybe I should give my own head a wobble.
I think all of the big English clubs have got together and agreed not to deal with us, and to be honest I don't blame them - even though it stinks of corruption if such a deal is in place. We will be direct competition to them for European places and a major source of their income. They need us to go down to postpone any effect for at least a year. We would probably do the same in their position.
