Oh I forgot about him. It is their defence that is the concern but the same can be said about all the teams down the bottom. It is why they are there! They are definitely massively underperforming. Kind of makes me think of the points people were making in the “Ralph out” thread - about managers doing worse jobs with equal or better squads

Will he go to prison though? Am I the only one who is concerned this has been released to Instagram which implies either she hasn’t gone to the police or has and the police didn’t do anything (I can’t see how the latter could possibly be true) Because if there is a criminal investigation active surely releasing this is not allowed / jeopardises it? Or am I completely wrong on this?
Just listened to it and it does sound awful. I am struggling to find a way that it has been recorded and played back out of context. Agree with Gregm1988 that surely this means the Police cannot prosecute successfully if it is as it appears.
I've mixed thoughts on that. Generally you'd want it through the correct channels first but I completely understand her having fears that it might not be adequately dealt with and by putting it in the public domain then GMP can't ignore it. As to whether that audio clip could still be legally used as evidence then I have no idea. They've got enough to nick him today though.
Apparently all the stuff has been taken off the original Instagram account now. Whether that makes any difference I do not know
For her to record it, it’s highly likely this wasn’t a one-off time, so she may have other recordings of other times.
And isn’t is apparently a whatsapp voice note? So was presumably sent to someone? But I wouldn’t say most people’s first instinct in such a situation would be to take a recording. Especially in such a way that the other party seemingly doesn’t notice. Or maybe that is why it was a voice note - it would be irrelevant if they noticed as it would be sent straight away (I think - I tend to avoid voice notes as I am one of those people who doesn’t like how they sound on audio) Equally those pictures aren’t really something aligned with a one off incident
I am just trying to play devils advocate. I 99.999% believe it is what it is, but I still believe in innocent until proven guilty. What is was trying to say (badly) is that I cannot see that it his is anything other than that than how it appears. It wasn’t a joke or banter but just plain evil and wrong. In everything I like to take a step back and appraise the situation before I jump to conclusions, but in this situation I was trying to say that it does seem to be as it is if you see what I mean.
The fact the audio is out there shouldn't be an issue. There is just so much evidence she posted. Video. Photographs. Text messages. Him admitting what he has done and asking her to take him back. He is totally ****ed.
