Despite being an Eastleigh boy, I severly doubt Scott Mills is/was a Saints fan - or at least, I doubt he was being serious. I'm not sure he even likes football. (Great radio DJ though). I'm not sure if she's an actual Saints fan, but at the very least Clare Balding has a real soft spot for us.
Not a Saints fan but my mate about 20 years ago wrote a letter to John Motson asking him all sorts of football related questions. John Motson wrote back and one of the questions was What is your favourite ground? His reply was The Dell
Remember hearing something Scott Mills did about how he felt like he needed to be more like a man, so wanted to get into football (in a jokey way of course) and asked people to text in suggestions. I don't remember what it was, but it wasn't Southampton, and he's not a fan anyway.
David Haig (aka Inspector Grim in Thin Blue Line) is a fan, as is Christian O'Connell (this might be your DJ, Beanpole).
Whilst looking for this mysterious DJ chap, I came across a nice article about Saints on 442 website by Chris Cox. Talked about the shock of Pardew leaving and how well Nicola has done getting in our Nigel. Don't ask for a link (you might as well ask the neighbour's cat).
Did he, by gum..? The bloody name dropper..! John Inverdale is a Saints supporter. He got his degree from Southampton University and watched Saints while he was here. Became hooked and the rest is history. Was watching an old episode of By Any Means, with Charlie Boorman, and a bloke right in the middle of remote Papa New Guinea was wearing a Saints Friends Provident Away shirt..! How's that for support..? Move over ManU.
Matt cradle was born in Southampton interestingly however I doubt he supports saints think he's a hammer.
That's him! From Wikipedia: "He supports Coca-Cola League 1 football side Southampton F.C., but claims he does not follow them so much since they were relegated from the top flight, even more so as they are now in Coca-Cola League 1."
