My feed has stopped. Normally I'd be frantic but today I'm actually glad.

    So disappointing

I knew as soon as he changed it to a 4 we’d lose. I don’t understand the constant tinkering.

There is surely something in Doyles contract saying we must play him if he's fit as he has been shocking for a while. Should have been dropped months ago for me

They put their reserve front men on , against the best team in the league.

But we can blame him for tactics and team selection, square pegs in round holes far too often and unneccesary at times.

I don't get this at all. Doyle was excellent against Portsmouth last week

Apparently every time we have played 4 at the back we have been well beaten. Surely he can see that

Better players around them? I defend him as I think he’s a decent coach. He makes some silly mistakes (today being prime example). I didn’t ask who would you suggest, I asked who is available that’s better? I don’t think there will be many.

on the plus side, Johnson has stopped Bolton getting loads of possession which he went on about before the game today…………… (yes I’m taking the piss).

I like Lee Johnson. But we aren't getting promoted with him as manager. He's a plucky underdog. Would be great in the championship if your goal was to stay in the league. He's not ruthless enough or dominant enough to EXPECT to win games. He's not a winner, he's a trier.

He needs to go. But I don't think he will until end of season.

I'm not the most pessimistic person in regards to Sunderland AFC but I don't see where we go from here. I also can't see LJ surviving after this result. This is one too many thumping defeats, which I say with a heavy heart.

Regarding "are there better managers that Johnson" - its not our job as fans to find the right manager. Its the club's job. Our recruitment team have been great at choosing players. They need to go out and find the right manager for them

no way they sack him after this (although as per my post above I think we should).

Guess we will see how ruthlessly KLD wants promotion. This performance as you say should really be that straw that shows everyone this lot aren't getting it.
