How much would you pay to see me run through Portsmouth wearing a Saints shirt?? This year I'm finally going to do the 10 mile Great South Run, and will be doing it as part of an official Saints fans team in aid of the Saints Foundation. The Foundation aims is to reach a £1 million fund raising target year on year and introduce a number of specific projects to help the needs of community groups less fortunate than most. Over the last year the Foundations has been supporting community projects both in hampshire also in Africa. Tackling issues such social inclusion, anti-social behaviour, racism, and helping young people and adults with special needs. If Gaddafi can make it out of Tripoli alive, I'm sure our fellow saint can make it out of pompey. Have some faith Jen
yeah, i was coming back from the IoW a few weeks go in my saints top and a copper told me to but my coat on as Plompey had just played Blackpool. i said to him "I, sir, am a respectable individual, unlike the common folk of this City" to which he told me to "just put your coat on and be on your way" lol
Well i'm hoping there is no death involved.. saw a couple people doing it last year, more worried about getting to and from the race through fratton. There are about 20 of us doing it, most in more subtle saints foundation t-shirts, but a few of us wearing colours. Great opportunity to showboat.
always happens to me when i go for a kickabout in a saints shirt hurts like a bitch, Vaseline is the cure though!
Slight tangent going on here.. Had a practice run on Sunday through Wickham (near Pompey teratory) and no chaffing or being shot at to report.
Careful Jen! The next question will be, "what are you wearing?" Btw, isn't it good than unlike on the old 606 you can use the word "ni***e chafing" without a problem. Moderated by Channonfodder for use of the word "nipple chafing"
