****s sake I hope not For starters Chaos posts a lot, so they will all now be avid fans of the bottom end of people’s digestive systems
An Ashley transfer window thread had 30 pages If we had merged with takeover thread we could have passed 3000 pages now
I was thinking this too. We identify the gaps and fill them rather than in the past... taking whatever is offered whether we need them or not.
We need more feckin goals though. Man U still being twats about Lingard, so we probably have to walk away from that now.
I think Bakker will happen to...maybe not today but certainly before the window shuts. If we end up with Wood, Trippier, Bruno and Bakker I will be ****ing over the moon and that will have been a pretty decent window in my book.....anything over and above that will be an amazing bonus. I could still see a Lingard/Alli loan deal happen right at the death being honest but it wouldn't be massively upset if neither happened....this Bruno guy could turn out to be the signing of the season for me !
I really don't ****ing get it....if he stays there this month then they get **** all for him in 5 months time, it's just ****ing madness. Their loss not ours, we're ****ing loaded and we can just move on.....he would be one of our ****test players in 3-5 years time anyways!
There are 3 clubs being absolute thunder ****s over our takeover - Spurs, Man Utd, Liverpool. If anyone still plays join the dots - All 3 have American owned influence - They don't give a **** about sporting integrity, its all about profit margin. All 3 have interest in the Super League. All 3 can't financially compete if they are ousted from the Champions League long term.
To me that would definitely be a good window, Bruno looks like an absolute beast and with him Trippier and Bakker, the defence suddenly takes a whole new look.
It's..... wierd. Cos they obviously don't like us, they're a trying to imply "we give you Lingard and you'll stay up, so you've gotta pay us a fortune". No guarantees Lingard will be a success, and what if sign him and he's dire but we still stay up? Huge payout to Man U despite player not working. Glad to see we've seen through this and will walk away from any deal designed to milk us for all its worth.
