Whoever Everton sign (assuming he's not terrible) they need to give him time. Constantly chopping and changing isn't productive. Some managers are bad fits, some just need time. Where did SAF finish in his first season for United? 13th or something like that wasn't it? Don't think clubs give managers enough time to change philosophy of the club and retrain players these days.
Whoever comes in at Everton hasn't got the luxury of time. He's straight into a relegation dog fight.
