I'm waiting to see our signings and the new Everton manager, I think they're about to go for someone ****ing useless tbh.
What difference does it make? They'll just fly to Saudi instead of our crappy training ground. Infact it's probably a good thing, the training ground could put players off
Vitor Pereira seems to be set to sign with them. Sacked by Fenerbahce twice, rejected Everton twice already, got relegated in the German second division with 1860 Munich. On the face of things, he has a decent win %s, but when you look at the clubs he's achieved those %'s with, he seems a wage chaser to me, he's failed whenever he's been challenged.
Sounds ideal tbf be brilliant to see them drop. Their ****ty stadium belongs in the Championship anyway
This is funny "at Porto, Pereira described the Portuguese league as a 'dirty competition.' The next week, Porto would beat Benefica, winning the league title. He would after the game describe the Portuguese league as a 'beautiful competition.' He was **** in Europe too, after AVB had just won a European competition with the same squad.
They'll be building one like that here soon This week they'll probably say you like this one? You can have one
this is true. the bogs are immense and you could eat your tea off their floors over in the Middle East. This is my view today.
Tower Plaza Dubai mate. just had to self isolate at hotel for 2 hours until my PCR came back negative. 2 hours.. that’s great service.
So rumours are gathering strength on Bakker being nearly done and an increased bid for Zapata going in. Also that Dele Alli and Lingard are both very interested in a potential move here AND they have been tentatively looking at goalkeepers (Henderson?). All of this and x2 CBs are still apparently the priority deals that they are working on. Just need to throw a good defensive midfielder into the mix and it would be happy days.
This week is going to be quite a week I feel. Player arriving in jeddah? Nice bit of PR to grow the brand and bond the players. Is that the plan?
