Not sure what’s going on with Matip passing. Great save by Alisson again… should be going in level here. Poor end to the half.

We gifted cheslea 2 doing this and now palace have actually missed 3 (granted 1 offside)

 

This season the ball in behind vvd seems to be catching us out. Def think he’s pace or maybe just his acceleration isn’t quite there and players just getting ahead of him on that first 5 yards

 

Tbh this is what I mean by playing the safe ball.

Most of thse have been aimless passes into the middle having not looked.

Play it down the frigging line if you want to shut the game down for 5mins

 

Robertson there had no idea where the mam was either.

Had the ball in a channel but back passed blind.

 

Matip needs to come off at ht.

We need to realise he's injured and hoof the ****ing thing out and let him drop.

 

He's not able to stretch or drink his leg up. All we are doing is playing offside.

The Palace attacker is intentionally standing 10yrds off Matip / VVD waiting for that sideways pass between the pair

 

Facking hell. Alisson and vvd. Pump the thing down the ****ing channel and they play it to matip.

 

3. The Olise one from Matip pass. Gallagher had a poor touch in box otherwise has a tap in and then the ball in behind that went round the keeper. In theory 3 easiest chances of the game.

 

Alisson as made some superb saves. Says it all that we're 2-0 but our keeper is potentially MOTM so far!

Imo matips done soemthing where he can run a bit but cant make a challenge or kick through ball.

Probably a thigh or some such.

He should have dropped the first time and made sure his team.mat3s got their heads round shutting up shop and got konate warmed up.

If we were playing top half side it'd be 2-2 here 100%

 

To be fair one of them was offside

 

Konate would be better suited to deal with their attacker imo

 

It was (he didn't know that), but he still saved it. Was probably the best save too

 

Redknapp talking about our second being offside (it was) saying that Bobby being there forced their FB to move inside (****all to do with offside)

 

Our 2nd should have been disallowed as Bobby was interfering with play and was offside at one point. Our passing at the back is awful, especially from Matip. Need Konate on for the 2nd half to give a bit more pace and energy. Can't see us getting 7 goals today.
