Oh gosh, Foy by a million miles. Ovrebo deserves long painful torture after what happened that night.
If our match yesterday was a champions league semi-final then i'd say Foy but as it was just a PL game i'd say Overbo will always be worse
For me Foy is worse, and I mean that. The bottom line is as bad as Ovrebo was had we scored even one of the many sitters we had, we'd have gone through and thats that. We have to remember that decisions also went against Barca as well i.e Abidal red (even though he should have gone for an earlier foul on Drogba). Whilst we made it difficult for us, he never made it impossible. Foy on the other hand wasn't just bad, he was diabolical, from the offset he looked determined to give us nothing and the levels of consistency were poor, in fact non-existant.
Good point, Ovrebo was just a complete idiot and it was a more important fixture, I hate him a massive amount and always will.
There is a big difference between incompetence and just outright bias. Ovrebo was the former and Foy is the latter.
Nah, the more I think of how bad it was the more I remember the bias towards Barca, Ballack and Drogs didn't go mental for no reason!
You could forget all of Overbos bad decisions and he still cost us the game because i'm sure there was only 3minutes added on and Iniestas goal was about 94 minutes 33seconds, Foy was bad but we still had chances to win the game, Overbo actually cost us a champions league final through his decision making
Maybe not as strongly put as that. I just watched the game again on Chelsea TV, some of the cards we were getting were shocking. Lamps', Terry's, Mikel's were disgraceful.
Fair play, I can't and won't bring myself to watch it again. Even MOTD2 was hard without busting a blood vessel.
Only a handsome win against the Goons will help ease the fury of Saturday. I hope this has a positive effect on the team. All the evidence from the opening 9 games suggests the FA are trying to aid Newcastle and Liverpool to the 3rd and 4th positions and force Chelsea and Arsenal out. It's a shame as I reckon we'd have had a great chance this year, you can't call it incompetence or coincidence IMO, I believe we are not liked by refs because of the media perception of JT, Lamps, Cole etc all of whom are vilified in the press on a weekly basis. Make no mistake, yesterday would never of happened to Liverpool or United. You can't fault QPR, they did what they had to do and 11 vs 11 IMO they were the better team, the red cards had a perverse effect on their performance moreso than ours. IMO the PL has gone down the toilet. I find myself enjoying the Bundesliga and La Liga more whereby refs are far more even handed
Don't tell King Kenny that, he'll have you arrested . Have to say I agree, never would've happened to a 'bigger' club. I'm not sure whether it was an FA's personal plot to de-rail title ambitions (similar to the United game with the bent linesman) or Foy just has his own personal vendetta against us. Believe it or not I actually like QPR, we share a bitter rivalry and it's nice to have that back with us again in the top division. It's just a shame they couldn't beat us fair and square instead of 13 v 9 (13th man being the crowd). Credit where it's due though, fans were awesome at Loftus and managed to get to Lamps and JT - when that happens you know it's bad! Especially with some of the ****e they get around the country. Ahh well, bring on the Gooners. A cold hard plate of retribution will be served for the 3-1 we were handed to us last season
lol on the talk of refs have a read of this lads, lmfao - http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/oddbal...off-three-players-for-no-reason#ixzz1biQmHKQD
Orebro had to go into hiding as there was a real headhunt for him.Strangely there isn't one for Foy! I wonder how he is feeling today! He must have read everything thats been said and wondered , is it safe to go outside, My guess is that the FA will never ask him to perform at a Chesea fixture again!
