I do feel that maxi hadn't helped the cause when he completely lost his **** and the ref booked him. I think it probably irked the ref a bit and didn't help us with the pen claim.
Which game were you watching? ASM was close to being our worst player on the park….only shaded by Fraser. I’m ****ing done with him now! He’s a ****ing show pony who’s been found out. He’s huffy, petulant and so greedy it’s ****ing unbelievable. I get that he loves the club, he loves the fans and he loves the area and wants to help the team win every time he’s on the pitch but he’s a luxury we just simply cannot afford to have on the pitch, at least not from the off. He needs benching and bringing on for the last 20mins for a few games as an impact sub for me, he’s not above being dropped but sadly, like we’ve seen for weeks on end neither are Shelvey or fisty bumps. We also need some new signings and better players to put around these guys to give the opposition more to worry about which will ultimately help players like ASM out massively!
This is madness, Maxi played ok today. His cushioned header to Wood set up a decent chance. His layoff to Willock another. He's incredibly frustrating but he's certainly not the problem.
We draw a lot, we dont lose easily. Its what I hated about Bruce, we didnt draw. 1 ein 2 losses, always. Based on Howes performance, if we had him from day 1 we wouldnt be in the bottom three.
