Seriously we’ve both been poor this season, obviously I hope we beat you today, but I’d rather neither were relegated. If only for several of my friends who are as mad Cardiff fans as I am Bristol City. Enough of being nice, I hope we batter you today
Still banking on us finishing above you lot AGAIN this year..... Saying that, it's been a strange old time and weird things have happened that we've either not seen in decades or ever.... So you just keep clinging to the hope and dream that maybe, just maybe, this will FINALLY be the year you actually do manage to outdo us.... Enjoy the game (but not the result hopefully).
This is a nice thread. A few visitors, a bit of good mannered banter and humour. I hope neither of us get relegated for many reasons, including this. I hope today's game is entertaining and well officiated so that there's no room for sour grapes at the end - no matter which way it goes. Bloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooobirds
The last time you managed to finish above us was in 2008 - that's 13 years ago, but I'm not supertitious honest.
No Colwill - has he fallen from grace? Sticking with Collins and Harris up front, but exciting options up front to replace them in Watters and Davies.
Thanks Sparks. Thought Doyle would be a sub today but he must have impressed in training this week. Hope HD has a good first game bit tough on Wintle though. I see we still have our goal shy front two. I thought Watters would have started but hey ho. I trust they have trained Collins and Harris to keep at least one on them through the middle. No Colwill but at least Watters and Davies give different options from the bench if needed.
Decent looking side. Attacking options off the bench. Can imagine Wintle and Watters coming on, possibly Davies. Need to see Harris and Collins inside the width of the 18 yard box. Preferably the width of the 6 yard box. No Colwill on the bench though.
Yep... It has been an exceptionally funny 14 years of leaving you trailing in our wake... Glad you can see the funny side of it
