Didnt mean to undermine your enjoyment of the game Badg but I was making a joke about Carillo playing and the score being 0-0.

 

Bugger Eden Hazard makes it 1-2. Keeper made it easy for him by charging out of his box, when he should have left it to the defenders, especially as he was so wide.

 

Goal disallowed for 2-2

 

What a shame, but when a team can send on players like Hazard and Modric, 10 men or not they will always have a chance.

 

A bit like watching the Saints. It’s the hope that kills you.

 

I can’t help but think Arsenal have taken the piss of the postponement rules far more egregiously than Newcastle

And it will trigger a change in the rules that I can only see biting other teams that could have legit issues down the line

The rules kind of needed changing but it isn’t exactly fair

And as for their fans. I get the tribal nature of football but it is staggering that they defend it. I’m not sure I’ve seen any who have come out and said they should have played. Albeit I haven’t actively looked

Huh? Surely if it was a red then a red should have been given. Is someone making rules up as they go along?

 

It could easily have been serious foul play. I just think had he not already been booked and therefore stayed on the field a VAR review would have been more likely.

 

Well coached in that respect when under British and French rule!
