    Green campaigner lectures on damage of conservatories.

    Angela Terry said Britons need to dump the glass houses because they 'act like a furnace' for the rest of the home.

    The environmental scientist, 47, claimed the move was about 'having a no regret' policy and protecting the planet.

    But she appeared to exclude herself from the rules as she brazenly spoke from her conservatory in Wells, Somerset.

    GMB presenter Susanna Reid pointed out the hypocrisy asking why she can have one but 'nobody else is allowed one from now on'.

    Ms Terry suggested because her house came with one she was exempt from new legislation.

    Sleepy Joe sends clear message to Putin.

    The US President appeared to say that, if Vladimir Putin were to make only a "minor incursion" into Ukraine, then Russia would not face devastating sanctions.

    His exact words were:
    "Russia will be held accountable if it invades. And it depends on what it does. It's one thing if it's a minor incursion and we (in Nato) end up having to fight about what to do and what to not do, etcetera.

    "But if they actually do what they're capable of doing, it is going to be a disaster for Russia if they further invade Ukraine."

    The comment whizzed around the world and, as the implications of what he had said sank in, a journalist read it back to him.

    Was Mr Biden giving "permission" for a "minor incursion" by Russia into Ukraine, the journalist asked.

    Mr Biden laughed and said: "Good question. It did sound (like) that, didn't it..."

    I can help on this (and so can Archie, I suspect). The Railway Bye Laws are a full Act Of parliament and carry the full weight of the law.

    Railway byelaws - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).

    These Bye Laws do not cover London Transport. They have their own under Section 28, under the DfT. They can impose measures under their own Conditions of Carriage. As I understand it, the only technicality is under which bye law you would be prosecuted if you broke them.

    'Christian Wakeford has saved Boris': Up to seven no confidence letters withdrawn by nervous Tory MPs


    Tory MPs felt “complete and utter disgust” at Mr Wakeford’s defection, Jonathan Gullis told Sky News.

    “They voted for a Conservative agenda, not the Labour woke agenda that we're seeing today,” he said on Wednesday.

    Mr Jonathan said the “hope” was that colleagues would withdraw their letters to Sir Graham Brady, which speculation suggests is currently happening, but clarified he had not spoken to anyone who had done this.

    Lee Anderson, the MP for Ashfield, went as far as to say “good riddance to bad rubbish” in a GB News interview.

    Dehenna Davison - another 2019 ‘Red Wall’ Tory MP - told Christopher Hope, told The Telegraph that rumours in Westminster suggesting she might be the next to defect to Labour are “complete bulls---”.
