The ****shaft that racially abused sterling was accosted and turned into the feds by Liverpool fans. Can't stand the little ****, but he played for us and we have numerous players of all sorts of races. It would be nice if stewards were issued with high voltage cattle prods to shock fans who racially abuse and sing about stadium disasters (and yes indeed, that includes ****houses mocking Munich too). And also for those who wear half and half scarves.
Shrewsbury Town ban two fans for 8 years following vile Hillsborough chants at Anfield. I'd have banned them for life. How do you put a time limit on something like this especially when it's more than 30 years since the tragedy occurred and it's still being used to taunt. Well done to the club for at least taking some action when none of the other clubs with culprits in their ranks have deemed it even worthy of a discussion amongst it's fans.
The crowd is not that big at home games. The banned two will be recognised and ejected if they try and get in, assuming of course they are regular attendees and had not just jumped on the bandwagon to come to Liverpool for the occasion.
I know quite a few that have been banned from Mansfield Town over the years but still go, they get around 3,500 on a good day
