You can book the stadium parking in advance. Or park for nothing at the giant Tesco which is right next to the stadium.
Did we play them at theirs or was it behind closed doors or was it at Birmingham or are they newly promoted? I honestly have no idea. Vaguely recall losing there embarrassingly 3-2 but that could have been 1 or 10 years ago.
Last time we played them was at St Andrew's I think, yes. This will be the first time we've played at the Ricoh since their move back.
Last time at Highfield Rd I was maybe 15/16 and it went ****ing off after. santos scored a last minute winner and they were not happy.
I was there for that one. It was my lads birthday and I took him and a few mates. He would have been under ten I guess. We sat in with the Cov fans and the ****ing kids would not control themselves when we won, having been indoctrinated, foolishly, pre match. Surprised to get out undamaged. Think Furlong scored the winner.
My dad very, very nearly got his head kicked in at the first match at the Ricoh which fortunately I was on holiday for but sounded like a war zone.
Okay help needed.... Im confused.com Can anyone tell me the train station which I need to get to? (no joking and saying it's Lime Street). I have checked and there seems to be more than one station.
On the match-day thread Nigsy says that the arena station is closed. That the nearest station is Coventry where buses are then laid on to go to the ground.
Right that's tickets and train done. I may get myself a cheeky upgrade on the train so I don't have to sit with people. It will be quaint sitting in first class with a KFC and a decent white wine for my journey. I may get the porter to watch my coat while im reading The Times...I feel like Michael Portillo on one of those train journeys.
