    What are Rafa, Mark Hughes, Bilic and Ancelotti doing on there? Bilic or Hughes may end up at Bolton, Sunderland or Blackburn and Rafa and Ancelotti would surely be with a champion league/europa league team. Someone like O'Neill, Strachan, Curbishley or Dave Jones appears more likely.

    Claridge is settled in a little village called Warsash, where he has been for the last 10 years, he's playing non league for Gosport Borough, between Fareham and Portsmouth. Lives in the same road as Kris Akabussi (my parents used to live next door)

    The sacking of managers early is nothing new but the length of time managers seem to be in a job these days has got a lot shorter. And whilst investment in our game is a good thing the fickleness of owners brings a lot of uneasiness for clubs with foreign owners.

    Do the players Sven brought in now become surplus to requirement of the incoming manager?
