Well it was coming. All that change did was make us more exposed. I'd have tried to plug the hole and get a foothold in the game

 

What we need is for the club to sort itself out once and for all and decide who the f’ck owns it mate. Our run of form is over and the stark reality of City still being short of quality and cover in certain areas never went away did it.

More exposed? Moncur is more mobile than Smallwood, taking Docherty off for Smallwood would have made us even less mobile.

Has been now. Hudd for Smallwood made sense but Moncur for Docherty was the logical like-for-like.

We are a l1 team, we have to over perform in every match to get a win. Last season was good because we was the best l1 team, our defensive frailties weren’t exposed as much, we scored goals because we had l1 strikers against l1 defenders. Our summer transfer activity was to buy players that can’t get into our l1 squad......and Ehab spoke about playoffs.....I despair

 

Mcann will you please teach KLP to move closer up to the backs and run behind he sits static at the line with two to beat - he needs to run off the ball as well as with the ball !!!!!

 

Stoke have played us like a fiddle. Such a drop in performance after Everton.
