Thanks PowerSpurs, I can only find these directors Must be more than 3 surely? The Board currently consists of Chair Gary Hoffman, Chief Executive Richard Masters and independent non-executive director Kevin Beeston.
We all understand the rules - we just don't believe that they are being consistently applied. But then again as a fan of a club who have often been allowed to move outside the laws of the game more frequently than most, it is most likely you that think rules can be changed on a whim to suit certain clubs.
Richard Masters was the Premier League's fourth choice for the role, following a protracted recruitment process that involved Susanna Dinnage, Tim Davie and David Pemsel all being offered, but later declining the position.[7][6] There were accusations that the biggest teams in the Premier League held too much influence over the process, with Liverpool and Manchester United alleged to have held private talks with candidates chosen by the Premier League's official nominating committee, before deciding whether or not to enact their unofficial veto over the decision.[6] Previously Kevin Beeston was chairman of Serco Group plc until 2010 following a 25-year career with Serco including the roles of chairman since 2002 and previously chief executive and finance director. Other previous roles include chairman of Tylor Wimpey plc, chairman of Equiniti Group plc, chairman of Domestic and General Limited, chairman of Partnerships in Care, a non-executive director of IMI plc and Marston and a director of Ipswich Town Football Club. Premier League chairman Gary Hoffman RESIGNS after just 18 months in the role following fierce backlash from top-flight clubs over Newcastle's £305m Saudi-led takeover These are business people rather football people. Football behind business in their thoughts?

Bill Bush, who was the special adviser to the culture secretary, Tessa Jowell, has been poached from the DCMS to take up the role of the director of public policy at the Premier League. With a brief involving regulatory and public affairs, Mr Bush will be closely involved in the negotiations leading up to the new TV rights contract. He has previously worked for Tony Blair as a polling analyst and chief number cruncher and is a former head of political research at the BBC.
You can google these individuals to find out more. I think we should know about the people who control the game we love. Most appear to be business orientated with some political people. Companies House : clearly shows that Bill Bush owns 25% and not more than 50% of the voting rights!!!!! I'd like to understand that more.
