Lascelles is a liability. He walks into Howe's team every week. Shelvey, the same. Took him two months to work out 2 in central midfield isnt a very good idea. We had one shot today. Not me. Never wanted him. Thought it was a **** decision, but had to make peace with it. Since then we've failed to beat Brentford, Norwich, Watford and lost to Cambridge. One game he's won - one. Dean Smith has won more with that Norwich squad.
Dean Smith's a much better relegation firefighter. Norwich will probably go down anyway - in some ways the two clubs may have been better off swapping managerial appointments. Smith to keep us up, Howe to develop Norwich's young players etc.

Not really. I’ve compared our results under Howe against the exact same games Bruce had last season. Bar teams who where not there. Bruce did better in most.
Your bang on the money with Lascelles and Shelvey: they seem to have to much influence on the club and it keeps them in the comfort zone. They are both criminally part of the problem. We simply have to replace both. Howe needs to. Or they are going to be here longer than he will.
