I agree. We are going down with a whimper currently. I just don’t think we can survive with Howe in charge. Howe is no better than Bruce. Currently a fact.
Howe isn't doing well there's no getting away from that and I think he's getting too much say on who comes in, but as things stand we only need a win and things will change. I'm pissed off but we didn't lose today..
I wouldn’t go that far but I think the PIF expected something different as we all did. Her and the husband seem like nice people but I’m not sure they have the clout to transform a football club like ours.
For me today I saw a CH ( Lascelles) constantly bullied by King. As slow as a carthorse and slow in thought, hasn't a clue what to do with a ball at his feet. Chris Wood totally isolated up front as we retreated back like old. You could spot what was going to happen long before they scored. We have now lost I think 23 points from a winning position which will take us down unless we get new CB's in this week and a creative Midfielder.
There isn’t much room at elite level football for nice people. They should be the face of it. Nothing more and nothing less. They are clearly out of their depth and there is no shame in that. A good professional accepts their limitations.
Chris wood was ****ing dire, he wasn’t isolated upfront on his own because he wasn’t up front the useless **** was out on the flanks
This again is a fault of the manager. You know that he should be in and around the box but he was anywhere but. ASM scored. So he gets away with it. But he breaks the balance. I can’t stress this enough but Howe doesn’t have a clue what to do with this bunch. We need a CM.
We’re in training running round the pitch…. and I just pulled up, put my hands on my knees as I refilled my lungs and said “…go on, you go on without me, I’m done” One win was needed today, time’s overtaken us even if the maths hasn’t. we’re going down now, that 3 points was worth burst lungs and broken legs - but our players aren’t committed or skilled enough to do it. If you have a squad and mentality as appalling as this then you’ve no right to play in the top tier. It’s a season downstairs and hope it isn’t more.
We just don't have the players. Perhaps Howe isn't the right manager but I doubt there's a manager alive that could turn these blockheads into a proper team.
Yes you are wrong. The owners are offering the money, they don’t play, coach or manage and have some passion. They’ve been here months having taken over an utter s*** show. Ffs get a grip man. No wonder “the greatest supporters the world has ever had” get called deluded.
