You couldn't get a more typical Brighton game. Every match they play either seems to be a draw where they grab a late equaliser, or a draw where they absolutely dominate but are too inept in front of goal to win it. Tonight was both!

Finding the “big” match a tad boring, with Chelsea’s defence basically negating the City attack. Edit Hopefully City will score and force Chelsea into trying to make a game of it.
I am pretty surprised Mount isn’t starting in their biggest match of the season so far Indeed all of the fit and available youth products are on the bench. Granted James would have started if fit (don’t think Chalobah would have) Lots of Chelsea fans online with loads of talk about how they do play their young players who come from their academy. Not really. I can think of no reason that Hudson Odoi and Mount aren’t playing instead of Pulisic and Ziyech for this game. Odd
Newcastle-Watford might just be the biggest game of the season so far at the bottom end. After Leeds beat Burnley the other day, I had begun to resign myself of another non-exciting relegation battle. With Watford, Burnley and Norwich all being so awful, Newcastle would likely only need their millions to result in a minor improvement in order to survive. But if Watford can open up a five point lead, things get very interesting again - especially as they also then play Burnley and Norwich before the week is out.
Having watched that game, I cannot, in all honesty, understand why Broja would even vaguely consider going back to Chelsea, when he’s getting good game time with us and scoring goals. Plus (hopefully) enjoying himself
