Naming one benefit isn't really relevant, mind, DH4 . . . . Boris did what 'we' asked him to do (whether he wanted to or not), when others simply deliberated/wouldn't do what the electorate voted for :emoticon-0105-wink:

I think the vaccine issue maybe short term but that’s my point really. Johnson was an opportunist grabbed it to get him into power but then he was inept. The Northern Ireland issue had no detail or resolution but then he talked about building a bridge from Scotland. Bluff and no detail. A skilled collaborator might have been able to make it work, he just hasn’t and people want rid. I think the abject failure of it is starting to bite and the Tories don’t want ‘failed economy’ on their CV and let’s be honest it’s a mess for everyday people. NIC up and inflation up and the posh boys bad Brexit deal and arrogant alienation from countries who could be allies has been hugely responsible. It’s wrong. It’s affecting businesses and us. I think that’s been recognised in his party and they’ve stuck the knife in.

Not that I am a Bonko supporter, previous posts attest to that.

    But economy problems,

    1. Yes Brexit troubles, always was going to happen at least for a few years..Bonko may have made these worse.

    2. Covid has impacted trade etc

    3. I will call it 'chip shortage' and lots of other supplies...

    Inflation..is raising its head also

Jacob Rees Mogg on Newsnight is being a typical Tory twa't. He cannot be the new PM when Boris gets told to fook off. He would be even more dishonest than Bonko. If the people of the North East vote for these twa'ts again you will deserve the future you will have to endure.

After yesterday I have to say I believe the PM would try to talk his way out of murder in order to stay in power.

His 'apology' is on par with 'the dog ate my homework'.

    What a shameful man.

Blag blag blag blag blag. I see Rees Mogg and co are defending him. Clearly a majority of the party don’t respect the rules and justify this behaviour not just dodgy Boris. A Peru riddled by elitism and perceptions of superiority not fairness and equality. I predict next the Tory party enquiry into its own behaviour will say they were working lunches or some such bullshit and flannel and on we go. It really needs the police to investigate this so we get the truth. Supposedly they respect British values. They have continuously disrespected democracy - blatant lying, using archaic rules illegally and avoiding scrutiny and now they are disrespecting the rule of law. They also vocally want changes to the human rights act . These are a dangerous group of people to be in power.

Latest news is either Bonko or a member of his immediate family has tested positive for Covid19. So he will not be seen in public for a week!

    Convenient?

By the law of averages at least one of his children or girlfriends is bound to be positive at any given time <laugh>

Absolutely fantastic. Bonko is a living breathing comedy character in a sitcom set in Westminster. You genuinely couldn't make this stuff up <laugh>
