Boris lied about drinks in a garden, it cost the country nothing, no lives were lossed. I can see why he did it, I don’t agree but I can understand. Blair lied about something that sent us to war, it cost lives, it cost billions of tax payers money, it has knock on effects from terrorists to life changing injuries for soldiers. There really is no comparison between a little white lie and a whopper. Like I said they all lie, it’s just a case of getting found out or not. I’m not a Boris fan as a person but he’s done okay as far as I’m concerned. Even on here you’ve got people saying there should have been no lockdown and others saying we wasn’t locked down quick enough, he can’t win and hindsight is great
