The LibDems were in charge when the stadium was opened by the then council leader leader Simone Butterworth, the one that claimed it would be a white elephant when it was in the planning stages. Two faced git.
Have those in Hull hotels survived dinghying the channel or are they here claiming asylum as a result of working for us in Afghan? There are a lot of broad generalisations here and are likely mostly incorrect.
We weren't, but used to claim that shenghen rules meant they should claim asylum in Shenghen area not here essentially.
I know for a FACT there's nine Afghan families who helped us Brits are living in 'Ull houses. Deffo ITK.
Might be the same thing, might not. Sensationalist? No, I'm just curious, and sometimes a little circumspect about what I read on here.
I'm not accusing you of being sensationalist - but some seem to want to imply there was something untoward, when it was nothing of the sort.. He had a minority stake, he wanted to increase it and take charge but couldn't, so sold his shares there and looked for a club he could buy outright and have majority control over. That's just business.
Well we should have the records to prove or disprove it but most of those Afghans would have been directly evacuated by us when we pulled out.
Anyone able to tell me of any developments takeover wise so i dont have to wade through all the immigration chat ****e?
