    Underate you?

Your vastly inflate your teams importance, January is not the time to be making big statements on how good / important you are.

I will wait till the end of season and you can go back to pretending your football club is important or of interest

Too many players having a poor game last night but I still dont get why the sprinklers were on before the game. Watching the stream I could see the surface water in the centre of the pitch.

Considering we last played on it 12 days ago it was in a terrible state. Didn’t affect Lincoln though, we just didn’t show up, it happens and sometimes you just can’t make excuses for it. Accept we were crap and move on, the 6 goals conceded in 2 games is concerning mind, when we do get beat it tends to be a heavy defeat

I've already made my point and don't feel the need to keep repeating it as you seem to want to do.

Might be right. But he wasn’t helped by a lot of extremely poor performances from what we all regard as better players. Prichard, Embleton, Neil all very poor. Might be the run of games close together. But due to the number of fit players we have, I’m not sure exactly what he could do. How can a manager do anything when none of his players can pass to another Sunderland player!!

Another note on the pitch. It wasn't the 'Desso' style hybrid pitch that LJ asked for. They just reseeded it apparently...

Very very disappointing night. To many players underperforming for whatever reasons. Didn’t start well and went downhill from there. Yes Maguire was a red card no doubt but we just didn’t pass the ball or do any of the basics correctly. It’s over now we have to move on and go on another unbeaten run. I just think everything caught up with a small group of players that have really put a shift in lately. As for those wanting Johnson out ha way man let’s see where we are at the end of the season. It’s a defeat we didn’t expect but the players will need us to get behind them again not to be on their backs. Pritchard and Cirkin looked to be struggling badly in the 2nd half so need to see if they are available at the weekend. As for Johnson he does need to settle down a little on the touch line. I think that’s 5 yellows and a red. Not good. Fingers crossed for reinforcements and players back from covid/ injury for the weekend. Keep the faith lads and lasses still a long way to go.

This is baffling why are they watering it to the point of it sitting on the surface. If we played hoofball and qere up against a team that liked to play then it could be tactic but we are not.

So what exactly has this new owner done since he arrived? Certainly hasn’t invested on playing front.

We have spent 200k on Hume, every other signing has been a freebie.

Should have asked speakman to cancel the games.

He didn't. He felt we had enough.

Nope. Huggins and Cirken cost good money. Cirken was a massive fee for this league.

Apologies Cirkin cost a few Bob.
Huggins was another freebie with sell on clauses.
2 players he’s spent money on.

Hindsight regarding playing the games vs cancelling them. As it goes we were minutes away from an awesome win at Wycombe but then last night we were really off colour. 1 pt from 6 would suggest we should have cancelled but if we take 6 pts or even 4 we all say its the correct call. Fine margins and plenty of twists to come yet.

What about the loan fees for Doyle, Alves, Dajaku, Broadhead & Hoffmann, not to mention the obligatory fees for Dajaku and Hoffmann in the summer?

Not forgetting Winchester and Stewart in January

Evans and Pritchard are the only signings we haven't paid for

Win on Saturday and it's 4 points from 3 games, 53 points from 27 games and only 1 point from the fabled 2 PPG

last night was ****, but the outpouring of rage on here and elsewhere is unnecessary

If the club had cancelled the games and we ended up with fixture congestion, the same people would be slagging them for not "just playing them"
