Anyone fancy a cheeky bid for Rashford, looks completely out of sorts at United could do with a change of scene - Swap him for 2 CMs !!
B-tech version of Son and overhyped because he’s English and a Utd player in my opinion. Though if the opportunity to swap him for two CMs arose (Ndombele and Lo Celso) I’d bite your hand off… then probably sell him 6 months later
He is much better than our current reserve striker! we are short of options but it was a tongue in cheek comment
Yeah short term he would do and definitely offers more than the current dross (Dele,Ndombele,Lo Celso,Bergwijn) but for what he would cost (assuming he would even join) I think there is better out there
Sounds like Brozovic is gonna sign an extension at Inter so looks like we can rule any potential move for him out.
Ajax have already made a £15m bid for Bergwijn and are keen to complete a deal for him before they face Utrecht on Sunday. (Telegraaf - in Dutch) Go on Levy….drag it out till it collapses Paris St-Germain, AC Milan, Roma, Lyon, Barcelona and Newcastle United are among clubs that could be interested in 25-year-old French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, whose future at Tottenham is uncertain after he was booed by Spurs supporters when substituted in Sunday's FA Cup third-round win against Morecambe. HURRY UP
We are lucky that Man U are in disarray right now or we’d be the absolute laughingstock of the league. If Arsenal pull off a deal for our top striker target before Levy pulls his finger out, even I would find it tragically hilarious. I’ve been team Tanguy up until now? but even I fear he’s royal f’d himself, especially as he wants to leave. His best option to inspire a move for him by another team would be to become the best player at Tottenham. There is always high demand for our best players. Even the media would be shilling him to other clubs.
Simon Kjaer is out for the rest of the season, which presumably ****s up any chance of signing Romagnoli this month In other news... Vlahovic Watch Sam Mokbel claims that he's demanding €300k a week for five years, with his camp pocketing £15m Of course, this could be his agent telling the Nomads to do one - again
11 days in, no new signings, our second best player is out for the rest of the month and we still have Ndombele, Lo Celso, Dele, Bergwijn and Doherty at the club… Tottenham Hotspur, ladies and gents.
I wish Fichajes was a top tier source for info like Ally Gold or Dan KP, they’re claiming Lo Celso’s up for sale as he don’t fit into Conte’s plans and that Atleti want him but we all know the reality is now he’s going to sign a new 5 year deal and be made vice captain.
Kessie Watch This is getting to be a saga now... So according to Rdu Galetti (and backed up by Football Italia) the contract offer that the Gazetta dello Sport reported a day or two ago has been rejected out of hand already and we've €8m a season with €2m in bonuses - as in for when he joins us on a free in June Just a thought, maybe offer Milan a nominal fee and Tanganga on loan to cover for Simon Kjaer and get it done earlier?
would be an improvement to our squad and he’s probably ready to hit the ground running and first team ready
Gards is legit too for anyone sceptical. One of the very, very, very, very, very few people outside of good journalists like Gold and KP that gets solid info from inside the club.
Lingard fits the bill for they type of PL ready player we badly need to replace Dele, Lo Celso, Ndombele, etc. Whether we'd be looking at him if we had any money, I don't know. We're definitely banking on him being cheap to bring in, based on his contract, as that particular quality applied to our DoF, the last 3 coaches and pretty much all of the signings that we're being linked to realistically this window. However, for the life of me, I can't see United selling him to us whilst we're competing for 4th spot with them. They don't need the money that we'd be offering that badly and having missed out on Conte, I reckon that their fans would go nuts if Lingard followed him. It might happen but I really doubt it.
**** Off Ndombele Watch Hey, may as well make it official... 90mins claim (and the word "claim" is doing a lot of legwork...) that we have contacted Roma over a potential swap deal involving either Nicolo Zaniolo or Lorenzo Pellegrini, and have also contacted Inter over a potential swap with Stefano Sensi There's more than a whiff of the bollock to this, for the following reasons i.) Pellegrini signed a new contract in October, so the odds of Roma accepting that deal are likely nil ii.) Sensi has played the grand total of 169 minutes this season due to a ligament injury in September iii.) Zaniolo has been in and out of Roma's team this season with injury after after, and has recently capped that off with a dose of Covid
