What's the point in having an academy if this is what happens? The FA (and we all know that stands for how much the Football Association care about football) should do something...
I think if you come a Cat 1 academy that helps but it costs money and not sure how much difference it would make !
It's just awful, Mark. We can't hold onto the talent we form, it's knicked, and then what's left is hardly likely to get into our full league squad because it's not good enough.
And so we will attract even less quality as players won't come to us thinking they don't get a chance.
STILL cant get over Bournemouth having the nerve to nick the Championship title at the death which we were entitled to.. many years ago now. Extraordinary- not even in the same league at present.
