MKM is to supply the materials and the club is asking supporters to come along and clean the stadium for free. Team bonding, earning your strips sort of thing. Oh hang on health and safety have something to say, security is now on the case as well something about potential terrorists planting a device. Oh well at least we tried.
Its football Ben, I've been to some grounds where we are penned in on the concourse like criminals and the toilets are a ****ing disgrace. Bird **** on the seats ? The seat I paid for at Huddersfield was just two brackets. I moved. Luton ? the bird **** was the least of the problems. There was human **** piled up on the floor in the toilets which looked and smelt as though it had been there for weeks. In comparison our stadium is up there amongst the best. Its not prefect but it is no way as bad as some on here are claiming. And I don't need to drop anything, thank you. I have as much right to express my opinion as anyone else does.
Exactly, absolute idiots, been sat in the same seat equivalent since fer ark but its on me to move seats because the ****house owners cant be bothered to fix a leaking roof. If there roof at home is leaking I expect they just buy a different house.
So you really would rather get wet than move. Who have you contacted about it? Send me any copies of correspondence and I will look into it for you.
O.K,let's assume that Acun will take control of the Club hopefully before the next game. What are the priorities, what comes first? Replacing 3 or 4 players who struggle to cut it at Championship level or cleaning every seat prior to every match incase of ****? Or what about increasing prices for all concerned? The seats aren't going to clean themselves,we need to hire people to do that but that revenue has to come from somewhere...Are we all prepared to see a rise in membership/match day prices? It's not ideal but how to eradicate it is a major problem!! In defence of those complaining,it should absolutely not be on any handrailings. Some of us are fortunate enough not to rely on them, others need them!! As for the toilets.I've never saw reason to criticise? The floors are normally wet, people dribble, miss urinals, miss bins, not a Club problem,a society one!! Concourse at the MKM? Preston was like a full size Olympic swimming pool,Old Trafford is an utter ****hole and the less said about the likes of QPR's,Leeds,Luton etc etc etc,the better!!
It doesn't rain every game. I expect a company to look after its stadium, not difficult is it. I don't get how you think this is the customers fault, why would I move away from people I've known for years because they can't be arsed to fix it? Yes I wear a jacket which solves the problem for my head but it amazes me how you and 2 others believe this isn't an issue. OK no problem let me go through me emails over the years and will find them to forward onto you. the first one I believe was in about 2012 or 13. (might take a while but I will check when I get home from work).
He’s probably capable of delegating more than one task…I highly doubt he’s going to be out there with his crossbow getting rid of the pigeons personally.
I wonder if Ric actually thinks businesses can only work on one thing at a time, like a giant to-do list that they get the entire organisation to focus on before moving onto the next one. "Right, everyone's helped re-stock the canteen, what was next on the list? Sign a striker from Italy? Righto off we go"
I expect the priority on the playing side of things will be about improving the squad. I expect one of the priorities on the business side of things will be about how to attract more people back to the stadium. This should include a full review of facilities, including cleanliness. I wouldn’t expect match prices to go up because there are other ways to attract revenue into the club, such as getting more people into the stadium. There are enough people at the club to prioritise different things without Lee Darnborough having to get his marigolds out.
On a more positive, live interview with Phil Brown about to start from the To Hull and Back boys if anyone's interested:
If we're moaning about stuff can I bring up the turnstiles. It took me 20 minutes to get in the ground on Saturday and we were only at about 2/3's capacity. There isn't another ground in the country that has this issue so regularly. It had nothing to with the covid checks either. I didn't even break stride when I showed my pass on the bridge.
I'm referring to costs here you thick twat!!! What's the priority? What a twisted/**** stirring tosser you are!! Sydney my ****ing arse, you're probably from Orchard Park and used to be a 'RED'
