Have you any idea how easy it is to call rape and how difficult it is to prove it?

Some schemers out for money and/or revenge kill things for actual rape victims.
What should happen is, when a rape claim is made then neither party get's named until the case is over either way.
Once a man has been named there will always be many who believe him guilty regardless of the court decision so his life has been ruined. If a woman is out for money or revenge she has nothing to lose as her name is never given.


EDIT......this is in no way saying that many men don't get away with it (they do) which is why i mentioned how hard it is to prove making it the hardest type of case to prosecute.
Bit of a he said she said in most cases with very few having witnesses.

Yeah but all those poor people will have to face real punishment for their crimes if we send them back

and complaining about not enough rapes being found guilty but totally devoid of any solutions themselves

 

It really ****ing annoys me this, "oh we can't send him back because he will be punished for crimes he committed there and their punishment is harder than ours".
Tough ****, he knew the punishment when he did the crime, how he is dealt with is up to his own people.
