Ndombele's walk of shame as he went off, keep going lad because I never want to see you in our shirt again
Arsenal and Chelsea plus who ever else we draw in the next round will love the thought of playing us. Lo Celso, Ndombele, Dele and Doherty should be told that they'll never play for us again. We need to just accept what ever we're offered and move on. Tanganga should be sold if we get a bid of £10m or otherwise loaned out. Rodon either needs to be played or sold as soon as.
You know what though at least Doherty tried. We know he’s not the most gifted (and that’s being kind) but I can at least show a small amount of respect to a player that tries. Ndombele was walking the whole game dreaming of his next 4 person platter for himself at a Kervan, Dele and Lo Celso just don’t know how to play football nor did they try too.
You could add run and try to that too. Never seen anyone play for spurs with such an appallingly bad attitude.
I don't understand what has happened to Joe Rodon. Injury and lack of minutes must be one reason for his decline, but this season he has had some really good games in a Wales shirt alongside Ben D.
I think both. That was his first game in about 6 weeks I think and he’s had a rib injury too apparently. Not a great game for him but also hard to expect much from someone that would be unfit and rusty.
One question worth asking (no, not "How did we get away with that?") is whether some players are still in the headspace of thinking they're the B Team which Nuno instilled into certain members of the squad and are playing with that attitude bolted in their minds Winks, Gil and Sess clearly don't and have shown it when called upon, but quite a few of the players who started today really did play like mopey teenagers stuck on the pitch for a work experience placement
He has technical skills that others would dream of, but that doesn't make him a player and I cannot imagine any circumstances under which we should entertain him at Spurs a day longer. A complete liability and a ridiculous waste of that 'talent'.
