Seems to have lost his way a bit at Norwich. I tend to look at other cubs forums when we're linked with players to see what the opinions were prior to any links.......Norwich fans seem to suggest an attitude problem, which is why he's been dropped this year. For £15m he could come good and has experience in this league.
£15m was mentioned, refusing new contract extension - had 2 or 3 public spats with Farke which led to him being dropped initially. Dean Smith has said that his fitness was well short when he first took over and that he has worked hard over the last few weeks to get that back.
I have seen him play a few times and it's clear he's got ability. For a skinny lad he isn't afraid to get in either.. He does a bit of everything and I've though he'd be right for our situation a while. The in educated football snob doesn't see beyond expensive big names... The lad can play football that's all I care about

It’s a slight concern his attitude but he is young and for 15m that might be just what we need. The times I’ve seen him play he has seemed full of energy.

This is exactly what I've said. I don't want signings just to pad out the squad I want signings who are better than our current best player in that position. Cantwell is probably better than any cm we have, I have a feeling he can play either side too. However there is no ****ing way Chris Wood is better than Callum Wilson.
