lol because that would happen. And it is 'ours' to give away in the sense you would be breaking away from GB which would leave just England. It's a break from the partnership, you cannot just 'leave'.

I'd give you independence straight away. With a bit of luck we could the Scots over here back too.

    Miserable country.

He won't win any. As decent as he is, the other three are miles better.

Don't you just love the pims-swilling, strawberry-earting cretins who cream their pants every time Wimbledon comes around, and then blame 75 years of failure on the fact that the best British tennis player since Fred Perry is Scottish?

For a country that celebrates a Saffers-Select winning the Ashes and being World No.1 you really shouldn't be so picky when it comes to that other typically English game that you can't play.

You gage success by predicting him to win something before he retires?

    He's currently ranked 3rd ( Novo at 2, and Djoko at 1).

He got there by winning championships regularly beating the big three. But it seems he's found his level and I don't think he's got that little bit extra needed to be winning slams. Having said that I would be surprised is he doesn't get at least one in his career.

You don't gage anyone, it's a type of fruit.

And how do you gauge success on something that hasn't happened yet?

You need to start again SN23.

    Scottish people are

    a) deluded

    b) Angry and irritant

Do you honestly believe that you are anywhere near as great as England???

It amused me that when I went to Australia and USA, they t]pretty much think of Britain as England. They already seem to think of Scotland as a place in England, so considering most of the world think of you as a county owned by us its pretty much happened anyway!!!<laugh><laugh>

Often when I've been abroad and people ask me if I'm English and I say "no, I'm Scottish" their faces turn from one of concern to one of happiness.
