The worst thing is I've seen people say "Well she got paid, what more does she want?" after this

They stopped short of saying she should get back in the kitchen...

    Just a blatant, bare-faced coup.

It's all kicking off in Kazakhstan, apparently. Is not nice!
Russia and Belarus are not happy.

"Sweden has launched a new agency dedicated to defending the country against disinformation, propaganda and psychological warfare in the latest part of its efforts to bring military and civil defence back towards Cold War levels.

The official opening of the Swedish Psychological Defence Agency came on the same day that Finland's President Sauli Niinistö accused Russia of "Challenging the sovereignty of several EU member states, including Sweden and Finland" by demanding security guarantees ruling out "Nato's further movement eastward".

A soon-to-be-published study for Sweden's Civil Contingencies Agency has found that as many as 10 per cent of Swedes read articles from Sputnik News, Russia's international propaganda agency."

**** all chance of us getting that here! <laugh>

The real question is why he went. Usually when party leaders get a haircut, something's going on behind the scenes

Needed to make himself look smart before meeting the 1922 Committee?

Doesn't like doing his job? Which job was Mogg talking about? Being an MP or his professional tax dodging?
Oh, wait, that's him, isn't it?

Obviously not around in the 60 and 70 when people would leave a film before the end to avoid standing for the national anthem

Thanks for that. Alongside Ghost Town by The Specials, it's the best single in my lifetime.

If you weren't old enough to remember it when it came out, you'll have no idea how much it put the wind up the establishment and energised a generation. The Pistols were dropped by 2 record labels because of it and it was banned from airplay. No matter. It outsold the published No.1 single, by Rod Stewart, by 3v1 in Jubilee week, but was ridiculously declared as 2nd in the chart

Unfortunately, the band and especially its management were mostly dickheads and the band's legacy is probably more social than musical, but they changed this country in so many ways...and that song sounds great today and there are some killer lyrics in it, particularly...

    "When there's no future
    How can there be sin?
    We're the flowers
    In the dustbin
    We're the poison
    In your human machine
    We're the future
    Your future"

Looking back to Britain in '77 and comparing it to where we were 10 years ago, the change was enormous. Unfortunately, we're heading backwards again and need some young kids to call out the current powers that be...

The Armed Forces have sent 200 personnel into NHS hospitals across London to plug staff shortages:

Is there anything that this shambles won't throw the army at?
I hope it's the Swiss army, as they'll need that level of versatility.
