I don’t care, stand all you like, won’t be there. Used some of our Teamcard points to get hospitality for the match so we’ll be watching from the “wrong” side. It sounds posh too - didn’t realise there’s actually a dress code!

I’ll be chuffed because I predicted this (the take over day) just after the Everton cup draw.

Use my time machine to travel back to 2056
Dust off my vaccine passport (yes restrictions still apply)
Take a day trip to the moon
See city play their first game there, with A resurrected don Robinson as guest of honour.
Sing allam out all game, to no avail.

The overwhelming feeling will be relief, the Allam's have disrespected supporters, who are the lifeblood of any club. Our forefathers have cherished the name and traditions and upheld its value for us, and I for one lord CTID for fighting to save our name of past/present & future generations.

In the beginning, I was grateful the Allam's bought the club to save it from going into administration, but it became clear quite soon after they took control that they bought it for their own ends, and then they became spitefully vindictive towards fans when they couldn't get their own way.

Here's hoping the new owners, who we know lives, breaths and understands football, can bring the feel-good factor back.

I had that. Does that mean someone has already bought it? Because it just looked like it wasn't for sale to anyone on the map. And couldn't you just use your season pass card as proof of seat to get past the stewards anyway?

So I can use my card to get to my usual seat then as no one else was allowed to buy it?

It looks like those pass holders in E2 & E3 that didn't claim their seat by the cut-off date must've now lost their chance of buying their own seat - even if the seat is going to be empty as you can't buy seats in E2 & E3.

But yeah - surely if you just flash your pass to the stewards you'll then be able to claim your own seat.

Hopefully there'll soon be an end to this pathetic situation

Me and my mate go in E3 but we have two more coming with us for this one. Couldn't buy our seats with others with us so had to wait for general sale. On general sale we couldn't buy in there at all even though there's plenty of room. We're in E5 so it'll be sit down, quiet please.

Not sure I understand Ron (unless you've whooshed me) - I've purchased my seat in E3, and it's been loaded onto my membership card - so the only way I can get to my seat is by showing my card to the band of high-viz that will be blocking my entry.

Surely if Den & Cambridgetiger did the same they'd be able to get to their usual seat?
