Digne knows the league and will perform well for us (if we get him). Would be rubbish for Lewis though who, like big Joe, has seen improvements under Howe

 

Supposedly better going forward - wing back rather than out and out fullback/defender - been suggested that this is why Rafa isn't playing him - wants a proper defensive full back

With Trippier able to play wing back, I wonder if we are going down that route with 3 quality CBs

 

I think it's a big ask to get new CB's in, then expect them to perform alongside Lascelles.
