always good to get the first one in early, another young lad who can already play a bit and can grow with the club, happy with this one.

    Hume.
Just one touch and then the ball went zoom
Suddenly we all were over the moon
Flying high in our red and white oh oh

Huuume he cleared the ball away
Oh oh oh Hu-uume the red and whites came out to play
Then the whole wide world sang

Always satisfying to get your first choice players over the line with no fuss whatsoever, I bet the lad is good if we've singled him out.

Nice scenario for us too, with Wright doing a solid job at RB there's plenty of time to get him up to speed and ease him in, we shouldn't need to hoy him into the fray like we had to with Cirkin.

delighted with this signing, and even more delighted to see the Pitchgrow Lighting Rigs in operation, especially because Charlie and Stu supposedly peddled them in the firesale.

Judging by the way he's been announced I wouldn't be surprised to see him on the bench soon.

After seeing how Doyle strolled in perhaps the club aren't as hesitant as before ...

... dunno what this means for Younger though.

I think he will take the place of either Hume or Cirkin on the bench (assuming Gooch stays at LB). No point having two left sided full backs on there.

On the other hand I can see Cirkin coming in for Wycombe due to their aerial threat. Potentially with Gooch moving up to one of the attacking midfield options to allow one a breather (although I prefer Gooch at wing back)

Aye you get the impression it's going to be sooner rather than later with him. Johnson doesn't seem to rate Younger much does he although to be fair I think he's been on the bench quite regularly so maybe he's impressing more now.

Phil Gray, Martin Gray and Micky Gray, all in the early-mid 90s. If I remember correctly we were linked with another player around then called "Gray", but I might be wrong!

Class to see the length and option on the contract. If he does develop then we're well protected!

If you've done your research, and are sure the signing is right, you should be confident of handing out a long contract.

We must be positive about the lad's attitude and that bodes well for his future as well as ours.

Unreal how far removed our transfer policy is from pre KLD times, loving it.

Plenty of potential and has played a bundle of 1st team games already. No pressure to get him straight in the team due to how well we've been playing.

This signing is ticking all the boxes
