I mixed some barbecue sauce, some apple cider vinegar, some english mustard, some worcester sauce, tea spoon of muscovado sugar. Rubbed chilli powder & smoked paprika in the pork and then laid on a sliced onion and garlic in slow cooker. Add the mix and some chipotle chilli flakes and cook for eight hours. Then shred and add some of the liquor back so as it's moist. Will have on ciabatta with some shop bought slaw.
