Morning all. Up at 6.00, in work by 7.45. Feels good to be back actually, had a proper near two week break this year and feel refreshed. Half the ****s haven't turned up, words will be had. Strong words. Gym later this evening, got a pulled pork on the go and have a healthy breakfast prepped. All is well.
