I'm guessing it's from the BBC matchday football feed Sucky was following.

Very HIAG-esque tbh

It was Slurps who posted it.

But yeah looks like Sucky has been texting in to the BBC

Have you read that article? All it states is who he looked up to in his early career <laugh>

Anyway where has anyone said that Ralf was "going to teach Klopp and Co how it's done"? Certainly no Utd fan on here.
It suggests it in the part of the article I posted, it's nonsense though as I pointed out to Diego recently when he was trying to tell me how how Klopps actual mentor Wolfgang Frank was also taught by Ragnick. Diego does a lot of smack though tbf.

What needs to change Chief?

what’s the problem at United

The fixation with playing two 'holding' (or defensive, whatever) midfielders.

The obsession with playing players patently out of position.

The obsession with 'protecting' a defence instead if just setting them up with coaching and trusting them.

Solskjaer did it, and Ragnick is doing the same.

There is no way that squad is as bad as the way it plays. No way.

I could pick a 5 3 1 a 4 3 2 or a 4 4 2 formation with that squad, all in their correct positions, and all three teams would be attacking and win games.

And all three would have ONE holding type CM.

ONE for actual ****ing **** sake.

You need to get on the blower to the Glazers mate.

I never paid much attention to it tbh. At the end of the day he needed to (and still needs to) prove himself in his own right. Whatever Klopp or Tuchel or anyone thinks of him or was or wasn't influenced by him doesn't mean ****. Just like him being a flop in the premier league won't change whether he influenced them or not either. It's a complete red herring.

He only had 6 months so needed to make some immediate mark on the team selection, formation and the style of football because his only remit was to salvage this season, that's it. And lets just say it leaves a lot to be desired atm.
